  1. Try them for free. In the game's Training Grounds you can play any paid race, at any level, before you buy it.
  2. Get them on Steam. Each race will be a one-time-purchase DLC on Valdoria's Steam page, priced in your currency.
  3. On your account forever. The race stays on your Valdoria account: create a new character and choose it in the RACE row of the menu.

What exactly am I buying?

A race for your account: five new characters, one per class, that you create from level 1 on top of the ones you already have. It's not a skin or a race change for an existing character.

Is it a one-time payment or a subscription?

One-time. Each race will be a single DLC purchase on Steam, paid once. There's no subscription and no renewals, and races don't give levels, gear or items.

Is it per account or per character?

Per account. Once unlocked, it works for its five characters, including the ones you create a year from now, and on any computer where you log in with your account. It can't be moved to another account.

Does it affect my current characters? Are they stronger?

No and no. Your Orcs and Elves stay exactly the same. The new characters start at level 1 in their faction's capital, with the same classes, abilities, talents, weapons, armor and quests. What changes is their look and their racial traits: each paid race has its own, worth the same as the Orc and Elf ones.

Can I buy more than one?

Yes: each race is a separate unlock. With all six, you have forty classes and forty character slots on your account.

Are there races you can't buy?

Yes: the Veteran Orcs and Veteran Elves aren't sold; you earn them by playing. Each one is earned by reaching level 60 with any character of its faction. Once earned, it's on your account forever.

What if a payment is refunded?

If a payment is refunded, the race is removed from the account; characters created with it are kept, but they can't be played until you have the race again.
